About us
Standing with Palestinian families in Bursa
Filistin Umut Derneği was founded by volunteers to support the Palestinian community living in Bursa. We stand with families in their daily needs, education, health and legal matters.
We build bridges between Turkish society and our Palestinian brothers and sisters, while keeping Palestinian identity and culture alive.

Activities & projects
What we do
Thanks to your donations and our volunteers, we work in six main areas.
Educational support
Educational, social, psychological and financial support for students affected by war, including those cut off from their families.
Patients & treatment
Helping Palestinian patients pay for medicine, treatment and surgery in Turkish hospitals.
Legal affairs
Guidance with legal and official procedures, above all residence permits.
Cultural programmes
Courses introducing Turkish society, culture and law while preserving Palestinian identity.
Community activities
Meetings with officials, visits and events that bring the community together.
